1. Website Usage Rules
- Users must be aged 18+ to place legal food orders; minor orders require legal guardian consent.
- Prohibit fraudulent information submission, fake address/phone number for malicious order cancellation.
- All menu photos displayed on website are for illustration reference only, actual dish may have slight presentation difference per daily fresh ingredients.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All listed prices on website are USD, California state sales tax and delivery fee will be calculated separately at checkout per California local tax law.
- We accept Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), PayPal and in-store cash pickup payment; all online card payment processed via US licensed third-party payment processor for security.
- Menu price update will be posted on website without prior individual notice for raw material cost fluctuation.
3. Order Cancellation & Modification
- Order can be fully canceled free of charge within 30 mins after successful payment via phone or site message.
- Orders already under food preparation or dispatched for delivery cannot be canceled; partial refund only approved when food quality issue verified by store manager.
- Customer wrong address input leads to delivery failure: no full refund, 50% store credit available for next pickup order only.
4. Delivery & Food Liability
- Local delivery estimated time is 30-60 mins based on distance and real-time traffic, we do not guarantee exact delivery minute due to uncontrollable road conditions.
- We strictly follow US FDA food safety rules for food production; customer food allergy issue must be noted in order comment before checkout, we shall not be liable for unreported allergen problems.
- Third-party delivery platform (Uber Eats/DoorDash) orders follow respective platform’s service rules simultaneously besides our terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All website text, menu description, dish images, logo content are intellectual property owned by WEN NING CHINESE FOOD LLC; unauthorized copy, download for commercial use is prohibited under US Copyright Law.
